The spacious lounge and accessible lobby made it easy for me to navigate around the hotel. The natural light pouring in brightened the place.
A kettle in the room would be lovely.

Lovely stuff members, clean rooms with heater off and kettle and a private bathroom. Heated pool, parking on site. Particularly good location in a great area really close to convenience stores, Kringlan mall and downtown Reykjavik and the Reykjavik🙂

I really enjoyed staying in this reasonably priced place. The efficient and excellent staff accommodated all the needs The room was modern with a fantastic breakfast, a private bathroom plus double bed and safety measures included smoke detectors. The breakfast had plenty of fine food and drinks. The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice - just a short stroll away from Laugardalslaug Geothermal Pool.

Breakfast each morning was excellent! We could choose our table whatever we wanted from the smorgasbord.
Nothing! The people we met were so positive and helpful, working with great love a humour. Everyone loved living in Iceland!

Extremely good value - comfortable room, enough hot water, decent breakfast with a possibility of taking a packed lunch, and I saw they even arranged breakfast at 4 am for people leaving early - that is unusual.
I could find only one channel on the television - ans they were showing boxing. But since I don't understand Icelandic anyway and like to read, this was not a big issue.

Though the hotel is basic with tiny rooms, it served our needs during a short trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, but noise from the halls was disruptive. Breakfast was limited, and improvements are needed for cleanliness in the rooms. A decent stay, but don’t expect luxury.

Everything was excellent. If you travel alone, the standard room is comfortable, however if you are more than one, you should book a larger room.

The hotel complies with the standards of business hotels: good service, cleanliness and buffet breakfast. And very near from the sea, where you can walk along the beautiful path near the shore till the monument to the Viking's ships and further to the new Congress and Opera Centre and even further to the port. It is 20 minutes walking from the city centre. You have the bus number 12 but its timetable didn't satisfy our necessities (on Saturdays the last is at 22:00, more or less, and on Sundays morning the first at 12:00). a taxi was only 1.200 isk. The distance we knew when we chose this hotel, and for the relationship quality- price, it deserves staying there.
What we didn’t like so much was the of the room size: tiny twin beds with minimal space between them and the bathroom.

The small room was surprisingly clean and comfortable, but the lack of coffee facilities was disappointing. The staff appeared overwhelmed but tried their best to assist.
